RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any washed or used product. Any product to be returned/exchange must be authorized by WiggleBums prior to being returned/exchange. Product that is returned must be in brand new condition with tag’s, labels, packaging all intact in resalable condition. Any product to be returned will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase. Any shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for any returned product. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and interac (visa/master card, or debit) receipt if applicable. Returns without tag’s, packaging and in resalable condition will not be accepted past 30 days. Prior to 30 days returns without tag's, and/or packaging will be accepted on a case by case basis. Any product must also be free of any scents.
If you have an issue that would fall under warranty of the diaper please check our warranty page.
Leaking diapers is not considered a manufacturers defect. WiggleBums will be happy to work with you to remedy any issues you have with leaking diapers, diaper laundry, etc.
WiggleBums goes over every item when we receive our shipments. If you happen to receive an item that has a manufacturers defect we will work with you to have the item replaced/refunded at the manufacturers discretion. Each manufacturer has a different warranty on their products and the item with the defect must be labeled as a manufacturers defect and not from normal wear and tear. WiggleBums does not refund products that are under warranty with manufacturer defects. We will happily help you with your product return through the manufacturer.
WiggleBums encourages all parents to switch to cloth! We will happily work with you to help you decide what diaper is best for your little one and that suits your needs as a parent. We encourage you to try different types of cloth diapers such as All In Ones, Pockets, All In Twos, etc. We encourage all parents to make their initial purchase based on their needs and budget. We stock numerous products (different brands, prints, colours, etc) for you to choose from.
WiggleBums reserves the right to issue a store credit on any returned products.
Special orders can only be returned/exchanged at the discretion of WiggleBums and will be automatically be charged a 30% restocking fee.
All discontinued and clearance items are final sale. No exceptions.
